Donna Ann Harris is the principal of Heritage Consulting Inc., a twelve year old Philadelphia-based consulting firm that works nationwide providing training, research, coaching and consulting services on organizational development, historic preservation, volunteer management and heritage tourism planning for downtown organizations. Formerly State Main Street Coordinator in Illinois, Donna has been consulting with downtown organizations for more than a dozen years, including 21 coordinating programs and more than 50 local programs. Donna has considerable expertise in organizational development issues, fundraising and strategic planning.
